Living and leading by example!

We believe everyone deserves to experience financial independence and the opportunity to live a values-based lifestyle, with less stress and more joy, connection, and creativity.

People who we work well with are health conscious and interested in a quality-oriented lifestyle: natural solutions, TCM, yoga, Ayurveda, plant-based diets, organic & local foods, fitness, meditation, stress-reduction, massage, reflexology, coaching, DIY, volunteerism, the outdoors, artistic expression, travel, adventure, nature.

Do you self-identify as feminist? Do you love to help and care for people? Do you want to feel at ease in your finances? We can show you how to rock this business, how to use products to your personal best benefit, and then walk along-side you as you build a meaningful business.

Aside from breaking the patriarchy by lifting up one badass bitch at a time, which is what #H4L stands for as far as I am concerned... I do work as an Impact Strategist, Corporate Architect of all things money big and small; and I’m interested in Social Enterprise Concept and Ideas, Triple Bottom Line Approaches of any kind...

The first dōTERRA oil I received was Arborvitae. I use Arborvitae everyday like a cleansing purification ritual for my house. Feeling debased during a period of not-insignificant stress, it comforted me and grounded me and still does. Oils chill out the babies, help us sleep, lighten me when I am dark.

I want to share this in the interest of The Lost And Sacred Art of Self-Care. It seems so obvious to me that we should address ailments and afflictions with naturally derived solutions rather than what’s provided by big pharma... killing your organs and immunity, making you dependent, polluting our water, our babies, and suppressing our role as women as healers. So, f$#@% that.

My business helps women manage chronic pain and stress with natural solutions so they feel enthusiastic and capable in their work and home life. I’ve been an entrepreneur in the health and wellness sector for over 20 years, with my family’s gluten-free manufacturing company, and in direct sales of natural skincare, nutritional supplements, and now essential oils!

When my children were little I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis due to a genetic disorder. As time went on, I also began experiencing regular tension headaches, while at the same time dealing with the hip arthritis. This is how I came to really understand life as a mum with chronic pain. I really struggled getting through each day because I was so limited. Because of my arthritis, if I went grocery shopping for example, then I had to plan around that and it would mean that I could sit outside and watch my kids play but wasn’t able to join in. I was on the sidelines a lot!

More often than not I would have to take a nap because my body would be so fatigued that I had to make sure I had enough energy when I picked up the kids from school and for the evening routine of dinner, clean up and making lunches. I learned napping helped manage my pain and diminish my headaches. Then through regular acupuncture treatments, and a change of diet, I learned that natural solutions were the most beneficial way for me to manage my pain and reduce my stress. When I started eating anti-inflammatory foods and taking care of myself from the inside out, things got more manageable, the inflammation decreased and I would actually have good days. Sometimes I knew and remembered what it felt like to feel “normal” and then I sometimes felt trapped in someone else’s body, like my brain wanted to run up the slide with my kids, but my body wouldn’t let me.

Last year I had my hips replaced! Shortly after that I was introduced to therapeutic essential oils that support stress and pain management, and remarkably I felt my recovery and capacity to care for my family both elevated. My business has shifted through my experiences and discoveries. I have learned the value of prioritizing one’s self-care because that is what helped me manage my chronic pain and enabled me to be much more productive in my career. So that is what I promote to my clients, along with everything they need to shift their own health and wellbeing into a better place.

I still get stress-related headaches sometimes, but when I feel one coming on I know I can derail it by taking the time to tend to myself, with safe natural solutions, and by re-organizing my priorities. I am happy to say that since January 2017, I have already helped many women like me, to elevate their experiences of self-care and family care, so they feel confident in their hustle!

I joined Team Inspire shortly after using essential oils to support my emotional wellbeing and then trying them for my very young daughter’s chronic health issues with dramatically positive results.

This business opportunity couldn’t have come at a better time for me. Having recently separated from my husband, and now a single mom, I knew I had to take action. Being so impressed with the products, it seemed like a perfect fit. After doing more research on the company and their compensation plan I realized that this opportunity had the potential to change our lives. It’s like we’ve been given a gift.

Essential Oils came to me during a really key time. I was dealing with post-concussive syndrome and having migraines, anxiety, sleep issues, and just generally having a tough go. Frankincense and peppermint were the first oils I tried, and using them on a daily basis ended up being a catalyst in my recovery!
